Major equipment主要设备
- High-pressure plunger pump and homogenizing valve block that shears fat globules to a stable size.
- Applies the validated time-temperature profile via heat exchangers, holding tube, and auto-divert.
- Sterile buffer between steriliser and filler, held under a sterile air barrier.
- Sterilises packaging material, forms the tube, fills, and seals packages under an overpressured aseptic chamber.
Parts & instruments部件与仪表
- Group of double-seat / mix-proof valves forming a process or aseptic boundary, with position feedback.
- Redirects product to drain when a CCP (e.g. holding-tube temperature) falls out of spec.
- Measures CIP chemical concentration and rinse endpoint; drives dosing and release.
- Measures product/media flow; magnetic or mass (Coriolis) types are common.
- The pipe section sized to guarantee the full sterilisation hold time at maximum flow.
- Maintains a constant, air-free feed head to the steriliser pump.
- Sealing element on the homogenizer plungers; water-cooled/flushed.
- Smooths the pressure ripple from the homogenizer plunger pump.
